Preventive Maintenance Programs

A maintenance schedule for the machines at the end of your line.

A regular maintenance plan is one of the best protections your line has. Our technicians come on a schedule, work through the same documented steps every visit, and leave you a written report.

What we do

What a maintenance day covers

Scheduled Visits · Written Reports · Wear Parts

Safe shutdown and prep

Lockout before anyone reaches in. Film scraps, pallet chips, and debris cleared from under and around the machine.

Inspection

Rollers, belts, bearings, turntable, ring or arm, and film carriage checked for wear, cracks, and loose hardware.

Cleaning and lubrication

Pre-stretch rollers and the film path cleaned. Chains, bearings, and drive components lubricated to spec for your make and model.

Adjustment and test

Film tension, pre-stretch, belt tracking, and alignment set back to spec, then tested under a real load.

When to call

Why plan maintenance instead of waiting

  • Wear parts are replaced before they fail
  • Small problems are flagged before they stop the line
  • Film use and wrap quality stay consistent
  • Maintenance support is planned around your operating schedule
  • Every visit is documented, so you know the machine's history
  • Fewer surprises for operators and supervisors

How it works

How a program gets set up

Office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. We review each request and follow up to discuss next steps.

Step 01

Tell us your equipment

Wrappers, conveyors, makes, models, and how many shifts they run.

Step 02

Pick a schedule

We plan visits around your operating schedule so maintenance does not collide with peak shipping.

Step 03

Maintenance days

Technicians work the same six documented steps every visit.

Step 04

Written report

After every visit: what we checked, what we replaced, and what to watch before the next one.

Questions

Frequently asked

How often should stretch wrappers and conveyors be serviced?

It depends on volume, shifts, and the environment. We set a schedule around how hard the equipment runs, then adjust it based on what we find.

Will maintenance interrupt our shipping?

Visits are planned around your operating schedule, and we coordinate timing with you in advance.

Do you leave documentation?

Yes. Every visit ends with a written report covering what was checked, what was replaced, and what to watch.

Can a program include more than one machine?

Yes. Programs commonly cover the stretch wrapper and the conveyors that feed it.
