Corrective Repair

When a machine goes down, we find the real cause.

Corrective repair is for the problem you already have: a wrapper that will not cycle right or a conveyor section that stopped moving product. We diagnose on site, repair it, and check back afterward.

What we do

What corrective repair includes

On-Site Diagnosis · Straight Pricing · Follow-Up

On-site diagnosis

A technician looks at the machine in place and works out why it is failing, instead of swapping parts and hoping.

Repair

Worn, damaged, or failed mechanical components repaired or replaced on stretch wrappers and conveyors.

Straight pricing

You know what the repair involves and what it costs before the work moves ahead.

Follow-up

We check back to confirm the repair is holding, and tell you what to watch.

Questions

Frequently asked

What are your hours, and how fast can you get to a down machine?

Our office hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Send a service request or call and we will follow up to discuss availability for your situation.

What can you repair?

Stretch wrappers and the conveyors that feed them: ring, rotary arm, and turntable wrappers, plus roller, belt, and chain conveyors.

Can corrective repair turn into a maintenance plan?

Often that is the right next step. Recurring failures are usually a sign the equipment needs scheduled maintenance.

Do you cover my area?

We serve Los Angeles, Yorba Linda, Orange County, San Diego County, and Riverside County from our Rancho Dominguez shop.
