What a maintenance day with Indust looks like.
A regular maintenance plan is one of the best protections your line has. Here is exactly what happens every time our technicians are on your floor.
Preparation
Safe shutdown and lockout before anyone reaches in. Film scraps, pallet chips, and debris cleared from under and around the machine.
Visual Inspection
Rollers, belts, bearings, turntable, ring or arm, and film carriage checked for wear, cracks, and loose hardware. Problems get flagged before they stop the line.
Cleaning
Pre-stretch rollers and the film path cleaned of residue and tack buildup. Dirty rollers lose grip, waste film, and wrap loose loads.
Lubrication
Chains, bearings, and drive components lubricated to spec for your make and model. No guesswork, no over-greasing.
Adjustment
Film tension, pre-stretch, belt tracking, and alignment set back to spec, then tested under a real load before we sign off.
Documentation
A written report after every visit: what we checked, what we replaced, and what to watch before the next maintenance day.
